Our Successful Partnerships - Heart Foundation

A daily dose of funding…
Many people with cardiac risks are advised to by their doctor to take aspirin daily. For the National Heart Foundation of New Zealand this provides a special opportunity to promote their work of education and research by partnering with Brand Support to market HeartCare – the foundation’s own brand of low strength daily dose aspirin.

Fastest growing brand
The HeartCare brand was launched by Brand Support into the supermarket and pharmacy trade in 1997 and quickly became the fastest growing brand – not just in the heart category, but in the total analgesic market.

In 2003 the 150mg line was supplemented by a lower dose 75mg to ensure that all users could receive the dose best suited to their medical requirements.
